Welcome to the new website of Malabar escapes and the first edition of my monthly newsletter!

Almost a year ago we launched with the help of Aurora hospitality an online reservation system on the previous website. Very quickly we realized that the navigation became to difficult since the website preserved separate identities for Malabar escapes and the Malabar House.

The award winning Malabar House was our first hotel and the place we are known for. When we started to create new destinations by developing small and highly personalized villa hotels in wonderful locations we called them Malabar escapes. They existed side by side, but the more we were growing, the more we realized that Malabar escapes is evolving into the brand for all our properties, and this includes The Malabar House.

The new website finally united all our diverse properties in Kerala under one umbrella: Malabar escapes. Together they create a circuit which gives you the best of Kerala as a highly personalized experience.

It offers you a simplified navigation with the online booking system just a click away. If you click into reservations you have a wider choice of offers to suite your needs. You will find lower rates in seasons with lower occupancies, attractive early bird and last minute offers and 3 nights and more offers which include value additions like airport transfers and Ayurvedic massages.

It also offers you a choice of packages including more or all destinations of our circuit. These packages are crafted to give you quality time with a good measure of relaxation, deep cultural insights and an array of new experiences. If you request a package at your chosen dates your message will go straight to our reservation department. They will come back with a personalized reply within a working day. This is the start of a dialogue which enables you modify the itinerary and include your special interests or needs.

Till now we have only developed the English version, but we are working on a German, French, Spanish and Italian version as well and will launch all of them within the next 6 months.
